		<description>Yes...the idea of 'uncomfortableness' (is that a word?) is provocative....in terms of intentionally going there. Since we only make changes like this when we see a benefit, one benefit to intentionally going toward discomfort is that we become more comfortable with it the more we go there. When we get more comfortable with discomfort we have built our muscle to be able to make change easier!</description>

		<description>I was recently inspired by my daughter to audition for a musical.  In the spirit of doing something that makes me uncomfortable, I did it- so did she!  Now I got the part I auditioned for- very much a surprise!- and a whole new set of uncomfortableness is setting in!  This is personal growth boot camp!</description>
